Baking eggs in the oven

I tried this technique, mentioned last week in one of the posts.
The original post said bake eggs in cupcake tin 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
I've tried it twice now & think 20 minutes is plenty. A friend gave me a tin cupcake pan & I bake 6 at a time. I prepare 2 eggs each morning, mixed with other stuff, mashing them with a potato masher. I found the shells are crisper in this baked method & crunch up much easier.
For anyone boiling eggs, I would recommend baking them.
