Keeping seeds fresh

I read some topics about this issue but a little confused after reading some people keep them in fridge some in freezer some in ziplock bags etc.
how long would seeds stay fresh in
a- in sealed original package at room temperature
b- in sealed original package in fridge not freezer.
c- ziplock bag in room temperature after original package opened
d- ziplock bag in fridge ``
f- ziplock bag in freezer ``
My apartment is around 77-80F all year around with AC
So far what i did is; buy a 2lbs seed mix. Mix it with Diatomaceous Earth and use this mix 3-4 months until finished and keep it in a ziplock bag in a drawer by the cage. No refrigeration.
