Hi fellow bird lovers. What is the best way is to clean fresh vegetables? Just rinse with water?

I just use water

Me too.
I usually remove the skins/outer parts when possible. Like with carrots, I'll cut off the outer layer. I skin cucumbers and apples.

Use organic fruits and veggies whenever possible . I run my stuff under warm water and rub it with my hands...

I use Virkon-S (1tsp in 2L water) solution or white vinegar (2 tsp in 1L water) solution for soaking vegetables for 10-15 min. Then I rinse with plain water.
