Toasted Herbs

I had my herbs in the oven to dry (at the same time I was cooking eggs in the oven) & the poor herbs became TOASTED; not burnt, just toasty.
Did I ruin any nutrition in the herbs by doing that? Should I toss, or just add to other foods as a fiber food?
