Is it safe to feed chopped nuts to zebby finches?...
what about wild bird seed (also for wild finches)..it contains mealworm, oats, seeds,
chopped fruit meal, white flour and suet pellets...
if i soak it overnight would this be ok?...

Suet is primarily fat...I would avoid it unless your birds are kept outside in the winter.

I've never fed nuts to finches, but a lot of the hookbill people feed nuts to their birds. I wouldn't soak that wild bird seed mix, it has ingredients that can go bad when soaked. When soaking, you want a mix that just has seeds in it.

Your little Zebbie looks a bit puffy, is he just cold or fluffed for some other reason?

I agree...your little one looks quite fluffed up. He might be feeling under the weather...a heat lamp would definitely help. He is a beautiful boy...

Is your zebra sick? As others mentioned, he looks fluffed and/or overweight? It's not clear without seeing him live. How are his droppings? Watery, yellow/green, sticky? If so, he may need some medication, such as Ronex12% in the water or an antibiotic like 4-in-1, depending on the droppings and his activity level. Does he seem alert? Eating and drinking well? Does he feel light?
