Which Hermann's Brothers seeds do people use

We are thinking of switching our flock over to a Hermann Brothers finch seed mix but I'm not sure what everyone has found to be their favorite. I would love any and all opinions as the local bird store has been running out a lot lately so I am going to have to go back to ordering online.
