I freeze all my seeds & millet sprays for my birds. I just bought a new box of millet spray & took the bags of previous millet out of the freezer to make room for the new.
:?: Once it has been frozen, is the chance of seeds moths gone forever :?: Can I store the bagged, once frozen millet in the garage & not worry it will have any seed moths :?:

I'd say you are safe that any potential moths originally in the seed would be dead, but you'd not be safe from any new eggs being laid in your seed.
So the defrosted seed would have to be in a sealed container / breathable insect proof bag to prevent any getting in. Just be sure to check for the seed humidity after freezing. If it defrosts and gets wet you will have a nasty green bin of seed in no time.
