Veggie Dish

Today's dish ~ chopped kale, broccoli, sprouted mung beans, couscous, dried egg food and Avivita Gold vitamins, minerals & amino acids

*note... cooked beans and broccoli should be served in moderation, not given daily. Sprouted mung beans is a better choice over cooked beans. When you sprout or chit beans and seed you triple the nutritional value.

I usually include chopped carrot or corn but ran out last night. I also prefer giving the sprouted seeds.
