Today food plan. Finch seed. Mango orange baby spinach
And à mixt of egg sell and dry kale.
Is that all ok for m'y society finch?

Why not?
Everything is on finches' diet list as aprroved for them, and it is a connection of fresh food...
My birds don't like sweet fruits and dry green products (only fresh), but if yours like it, everything is ok

Spinach in moderation is OK, but too much is not good.

By and large I suppose averything with oxalates in larger quantities is unbeneficial, as the same for us
