Why my birds are eager to eat candles?
I had to hide candles, cause my zebra finches (boys) were tasting them... And afterthat they were sitting on shelves were candles had been staying... and they were looking for this odd delicacy and waiting I give it them back!

Are these real bees wax candles ( hard to come by now a days, and very expensive) ?

Most candles now days, are made out of Paraffin.
Look it up, definitely not something you would want your finches to eat [-X

Definietely they are not made with bees wax, so I am concerned why they would like to eat them. I caught the candles only I noticed my birds' strong interest. I think... may I should cook today egg-mix for my cocks?

Eggs are always better than candles

If you think they are lacking fats in their diet, add some crushed sunflower seed (without the shells). Or some sesame seeds, if you have some.
