What is a good diet for goulds? Right now i have a regular seed mix that is suppose to be very good from what the breeder told me and i mixed fruit already in tiny pieces from the petshop and sprinkled some cuttlebone on it and i gave them millet and a cruched boiled egg shell and all. Is there anything im missing.

I have crushed oyster shell available at all times in the aviary and the gouldians are always picking at it.
fresh vegies are also available daily (broccoli, cucumber, corn etc etc)

Mine will eat a fair amount of romaine lettuce,Powdered kelp,I put bird charcoal In with oyster shell ,Greens, kale, dandelions
And the things that mickp feeds
Sometime it seems like they will eat something one day and then they won't eat it the next day I think you have to feed A variety of foods

Gouldians need more iodine than most finches. You can give them powdered kelp or use a liquid iodine.

Herb Salad is great for "self medication" and my finches love it in addition to everything above.
