Breakfast Is Served...

Come and get it Folks, it won't last long...

Recipe:

Baby Spring Greens, washed and chopped
Corn cut off the cob
Watermelon, chopped small
Cantaloupe, chopped small
Naval orange, cut into bite sized chunks
Orange juice and Sesame seed dressing
With Live Mealworm Topping

Enjoy!!!

Well, you can toss the mealworms away, I guess, but some customers here would swear that the salad without the garnish, is just no salad at all... =))

And here's todays breakfast menu...

Recipe:

6 hardboiled eggs (peeled and pressed through a potato ricer)
1/2 cup of Tropimix eggfood
1/2 cup of pulverized freeze dried mealworms
1/4 cup Sunburst Greens and Herbs
1/4 cup thistle seeds
1/2 cup Budgie seeds
1 sprig of spray millet (crumbled)

Lettice garnish
