I ordered a bag of dried superworms on ebay from Texas. Company called wormyworms. However I did not realize until later that its origins are from China. From China product is shipped to ports all over the world. They deal exclusively with dried mealworms, dried shrimp.....
Not sure if it is safe or not. I cant imagine that all things from China are bad. Get bad stuff here in the US too. LOL

Well I found some info. I wasted $24, but better than losing my 8 canaries due to bacteria, parasites. I will burn the bag in the fireplace. I hate having made a purchasing mistake. I should know better!!!!!

Were these worms fed on polotical dissidents or what?

I should have stated that I found info on this forum. There is no evidence of fda regulations. Although they are just dried worms. The attitude towards germs and bacteria varies greatly from one country to the next.

Christian Yeah I would have pitched them too. At the tractor supply you can get mealworms. I feed them to my chickens all the time. They are fine.
