Hi All,

My rose bushes are starting to finish, and I have loads of Rose hips on them.

In one of the other threads, I read about Rose hip seeds being included in a seed mixture. I also read that they are supposed to be very healthy.

Should I offer them to the birdies, what do you all think???? Any thoughts?

I feed my canaries Rose hips when available they love them. I split the hip and put them on my feeding tray.
