Frozen wild young grass seeds

Post by Christian » Fri Aug 11, 2017 4:08 pm

If I freeze wild grass seeds that are still green, will they stay green once frozen? Mature seeds are fine, but wondering if I can provide this seed while still green and young during the winter months. Or do the seeds change.

believe they stay in the state you pick them in and yes you can freeze them.... just a wood of caution do not pick from the road side, too many pollutants. You can also sprout/chit see and freeze that as well. Thaw in the fridge, never on the counter top.
