Nutritional Value
Is the nutritional value of most grass seeds the same? Whether rye, foxtail, wild millet.............

Re: Nutritional Value
some have a little high %age of protein, etc.... for some info go to sproutpeople.com... they give nutrition analysis of different seeds...I have a chart somewhere in my files...will try to locate that for you.... still the best nutrition regarding seed is when you sprout/chit the seed...increased the nutritional value three or more times.... sprouting and feeding just when the little seed root tail shows is when it contains the most nutritional value. Sprout people also shows how to sprout grasses (hulled oats, wheat grass)
