Hey everybody,
I saw on a YouTube video that someone had given butter(head) lettuce as a treat in her aviary which included societies and gouldians. They seemed to really like it, so I bought some organic for my birds and they seem to love it too. Just want to make sure it is ok to give as a treat and see if anyone else had success giving butter lettuce. Thanks you guys are the best!

It's fine.
Romaine, spinach, red swiss chard, broccoli, beet greens, cucumbers, grated carrot, corn, cucumber, parsley, kale, etc. are all good choices as well.
