I am new to bird keeping.

Young gouldians
I purchased the Walmart - parakeet, canary, finch food but it seems more for parakeet then finches
I purchased some
Volkman Avian Science Super Canary Bird Seed 4 Lb
Much more expensive
Especially for the young gouldian what would be best to feed them?
Not gone through first color moult yet
I also got Zupreen and Laferber (sp?)
I believe in a variety diet, both seed and pellets together but also want to add as much that is helpful and interesting
And I've read about safe fruits and vegetables
Items considering also from Amazon:
Quiko Moulting Egg Food Supplement, Vibrant Feather Formula Ideal for All Pet Birds, 5.0 Ounce
Quiko Protein Plus Egg Food Supplement - Stress Aid Formula for Canaries & Finches, 5 Ounce Pouch
Kaytee PRODUCTS C 529082 All Birds Chia/Sweet Pota Foraging Treat Bird Greens, 1 oz
Higgins Sunburst Leafy Greens and Herbs 1 Ounce.
Higgins Group 466017 Sunburst Fruit/Vegetable Small 3 oz Treat, 1Count, One Size
8 in 1 Ecotrition Grains & Greens Variety Blend for Canaries 8oz (3 Pack)
There is usually the 1 review that says someone fed and bird died kind of thing
Which of the above would be good for regular vs good for occasional treats?

It looks like that bag has a lot of sunflower and safflower, which most finches won't eat. I buy plain white proso millet and canary seed and none of it goes to waste; if you could find another seed blend that is all smaller seeds like millet, canary seed, and maybe a little thistle seed, that would be good.

There are some online stores that specialize in captive bird seed. Your Society and Gouldian finches can eat a finch mix, your canary can have some canary seed added to the finch mix, I would think.
Where are you located? Shipping could be less if the store is in your area.
