Guardian angel

Could someone help me with guardian angel? how often would i sprinkle it on the birds soft food?Its a health drink powder
Personally, I would only give it in their drinking water. The amount would depend on how many birds and how much water you give them. It must be their only source of water as well.
Why do you want to give it to your birds? Are they ill?
