I've blended up a load of cabbage, broccoli, spinach and carrots and blanched it, now I need to dry it, anyone know how long it takes to dry in the oven? The guide I've found says like 10 hours but I think that's for whole vegetables, not the tiny finch edible pieces i've created.

Dehydrating it atm in an oven, on for 4 hours so far. Does ayone else do this to feed veg to their birds? I made a lot of it so I can store it in an air tight container and feed small amounts to my birds every daily.

I've never dried out any foods.

I never did that either.
I give mine frozen veggies though. The small portion that they get thaws within 20 seconds or so in the micro wave... It's an easy and quick way to privide them with fresh food.

I give fresh, finely chopped greens/veggies done in the food processor.
They get dry greens in their ABBA92 egg food and their seed.
