To make it easier for babies to eat it - how long does it need to soak?

I think I read 8 hours min.

I "try" to mix up a new batch (2 teaspoons of seeds) when I put out the soaked seeds in the morning. This then is a 24hr soak.

As you know, soaking and sprouting-germinating are different things
so ,if you do soak the seeds it is enough 6 hours
but if you do sprout the seeds ,it is depends on the seeds condition but usually 24 hours ...less or more..
please rinse very well
and if you put some apple vinager it will be much better..
i am sorry my english not enough to tell you in details about soaking and sprouting..
I am from Istanbul-TURKEY

No need to apologize for your English - it is very good and understandable. Also you may put your location in your Profile and then you won't need to say it in most postings. It will show up under your avatar on the left.

I only soak seed for an hour & a half (2 hours maximum) when I want sprouts for my birds. I do it the same way that Mike Fidler suggests on the 'Save the Gouldian' website.
have also done my millet sprays are the same way
