Oh my that does look serious.
Hopefully someone will come along soon with an answer
In the meantime, make sure that you put some heat on him.

Re: HELP my sick gold amadine twisting its head and roll ove
That is a severe case of "twirling". I had a Cut-throat hen that did a lot of that. Some birds can get a mild case if they hit their heads too hard on something like the wall of the cage - a neurological disorder. Or some birds could have a severe case like that and similar to my Cut-throat hen. There are a couple of things you can try to help your bird. First put it in a small cage and only have one perch low down. Pur all food and water on the floor as it can't perch anymore. And check out this link for more information and possible solution -

Good luck - that is/was a beautiful bird.

Re: HELP my sick gold amadine twisting its head and roll ove
Thank you everyone for trying to help out.
The finch's eyes are both ok. The problems started about a week ago when I noticed that the bird started to sneeze. Then the sneezing became more frequent and I decided to move the pair to hospital cage.
Administered general antibiotics intended for bird and turned on the light in the hospital cage ever since.
Sometimes the bird (after a few trial) will be able to perch on a higher branch and stay there resting. So the bird does not roll over all the time. He does have problem balancing its head and can't have it straight up.
Until now the bird is still alive and hopefully it will get better each day.
