Strange bump by eye on Star fledgling

This a raised bump just behind the eye of my 3 1/2 month old Star hen....Sorry for the bad picture, does anyone know what it might be?

Hmm. My guess would be cyst or abscess. Does it move under your fingers? I'm wondering if feather follicles can get filled and clogged (like eyelash follicles). An abscess is a "contained" infection and would require antibiotics - and possibly need to be drained by an avian vet. The link that you were sent implies many sinuses around the eye (like people!)also, that are prone to filling and infecting. She certainly looks very healthy, otherwise!

I got some better pictures of her head.....I have put her on Amoxitex and Thrive...Fingers are crossed!....She seems healthy enough and it not acting the least bit sick??
