Where can I get Baycox?

Post by nelloyello11 » Sun Nov 06, 2011 9:59 pm

I'm learning that Baycox is a preferred med for treating coccidiosis, but cannot find a place to order it from? It seems it is a prescription med? Can I only get it with a vet's script?

Tiffany (Nixty) recommended a place....it was in a topic I believe was mine or related to medications regarding coccidia.

Cindy is correct - you can get it from Siegel's which is where I got mine, you do not need a prescription for it.

Word of caution.. it stinks to high heaven, so if you notice a smell in your home while using it, just keep in mind it's probably the meds you're smelling!

Although if you only have one or two cages of birds you might not even notice it.
I had about 90 birds between 9 cages and three large flight cages, so it made the entire basement and first level of my house smell like sour lettuce.
:-@

It's very effective though, it's the only thing I'll trust.
