Don't know if this is the same exact article or not. This guy was selling articles online before. Here is a link to the thread that discussed them in the past:

The articles discussed in that thread were very interesting, but the guy had quite a reputation in the UK, not good from what I gathered at the time.

Read the posts - are his theories rejected because they deviate from the status quo? Nothing really concrete jumped out at me.

I was told that it wasn't so much his theories as the methods he used to test them that were objectionable to many finch owners in the U.K.
