Really sorry for your loss :( Like Sally said you did the right thing for her and made her at peace.
Owls, Goulds, European Goldfinch, Red Belly Siskins and Zebs... For now...

I'm so sorry for your loss, Debbie. You did great things for her - gave her all you could to facilitate a turn-around - and then eased her suffering when it was apparent she needed it. My thoughts are with you today.

Debbie, I am so so sorry. You did the best you could have done and she had a wonderful life, lucky to have you as an owner. Don't beat yourself up because many could have not chosen to do what you did, and truthfully you probaly did her a big favor
