Hi there,
Perhaps if you could give us some more info on the actual birds we could help you. Is it all your birds or individuals?
Do the birds seemed fluffed or lethargic? Are they acting differently. Sleeping alot?
Is the only sign the watery poop?
What are they eating? Do you offer lots of lettuce or cucumber daily? This may make poops watery.
Medication can also cause their poo to look a watery.
Have you tried offering them a probiotic? It is difficult to know what is wrong with only the poop as a symptom.

Dear Members,
I am really worried about the health of my yellow gouldian finches

. There is no Avian Vet in my area. There is a change in their poop and I am unable to identify the problem.
I am attaching picture of their poop.
Waiting for reply.
Thanks
Regards
Gapoo.

Many hesitate to diagnose over the internet. I do have an avian vet, and he isn't always able to identify what is wrong with my finches, so I don't feel qualified to make a guess myself. If you give more information, it may help others to give advice. What made you give medication in the first place, what were the symptoms at that time?
If you put your location in your profile, it helps to answer locale-specific questions. We don't always know what is available in your area.
