Aggression with finches (and canaries!) unfortunately is not uncommon. I keep my three boys in separate cages, as they can be quite aggressive to each other. My canary, Kevin, I caught biting the toes of my star finch, Merl, after he landed on his cage. He was too silly to think of moving! It allows trouble makers (like my three and Spaz, your male) to occupy their own space without hurting other birds/

I have seen aggressive birds before especially in a crowded setting but he is in a large cage and just being a total jerk... :(

Well so far they have been back together for about 24+ hours and no more feather pulling...

You can see some feathers coming back in... maybe with them being in their own cage the bad behavior will stop... [-o<

They have been very loving since I reunited them...

Hey Will, I picked up Feather Fast @ glamgouldians.com to help Luigi and Pudding (bald spots). It really helped them...
