Hahahaha! I love that, actually, she is very artichoke... she has many layers (of love).... She has a heart that is to die for..... And she is a dip.. oh wait.. I meant, she loves to be dipped... :P (Or maybe she loves to hang out with us dips)

In fact, I think a good name for her first finch she gets in the months (or whenever) to come should be named "Arty" LOL

You have been with me all day, Jennie! Love you girl...Lil Joe already told me that I have finches on my shoulders!!! He asked me which ones and I said "Hershey and Cocoa, of coarse." He has "Sky and Bella" are on his and Big Joe has "Zack and Glory" on his. They're with us, Jennie...we feel them... :) And its not just the margaritas talking.

I know today hasn't been a 'wonderful day' but every time he see's those birdies on your shoulders, you all could sing this song and replace 'Mr Bluebird' with the your precious birds names :)

Ginene what a sweet child he is!!! Your little angels will always be with you guys. You gave them more than most people would and they know it. I am so sorry for everything... I wish there was something I could do but just know we are all here for you. You did nothing wrong and you have every right to be upset and express that. Your sweet babies will never have to suffer. They only knew love. Everything happens for a reason so I believe you spared then pain and suffering. Hang in there darling! *hugsssss*

So glad you have wonderful kitties to be with you. Been thinking of you quite a bit.

Ours are slightly defective. Ferrari is queen of the universe. "Don't touch me or I shall reign blood and destruction upon your flesh" kind of cat. Except when you head to the bathroom. She excitedly races in to get there ahead of you (often tripping you), jumps up in the sink and becomes the most loving, snuggly, purring ball of fur you have ever encountered. But only in the bathroom, up in the sink. You're sitting there, trying to do your stuff, and she's reaching out, poking you in the arm begging to be petted. Anytime anyone heads towards the hallway, off she goes like a flash, into the bathroom sink, and is so disappointed if you go to another room instead. Little bit schizo.

Lamborghini, oh, where to start. Big, beautiful, galumphing boy. You can do anything to him, he doesn't care. You can take one of his sharply clawed feet in your hand, spread his toes out to rub the smoky grey fur between his pads, he doesn't care. Has the attention span of a house fly--walks into the room, plops down on the floor next to you, or jumps up on the couch next to you, you pet him once, he wanders off. Back again five minutes later, pet him twice, he wanders off. Back again 30 minutes later.... He will not eat if the food bowl is not full. It can be 7/8's full, he will beg and beg and beg you to fill it up, meowing his "I'm starving!!! Save me!!!!" meow. And he will only eat from the bowl on the left, even tho the second bowl in the tray, one inch away, is full. Cats and dog share one large metal water bowl, their choice, they wouldn't use their own once we got the dog. Big, no-tip 9" shiny metal dog water bowl. Lamborghini flips it across the kitchen floor. Why? HOW? I dunno. That's Lambors. But he runs through the house so fast he hits walls, misses the corners and cat doors, BAM!!! Asleep on the couch, someone makes any kind of noise, Whoosh! he's up, leaping down, off running, only he crashes through everything and everyone on the way, and he keeps claws out when he runs. Last night, Son is walking up hallway, I hear something clunk and he goes "OWWW!" I ask, "Did you drop that on your foot?" He answers, "No, When I dropped it, Lamborghini RAN OVER my foot." Lamborghini had been asleep in a bedroom, but came charging down the hallway when he heard a little clunk out there. Later last night, he was sleeping on the back of the couch (from which he often falls off behind it) and I was sitting nearby, with my foot up on a stool, by my toe, with the rest of my foot hanging off it. Something startles Lamborghini, he charges, crashing-bashing down the couch through the remotes and papers piled on the seat below him, tries to duck under my foot but misses and crashes all 14 pounds of himself head first square into the bottom of my foot. OWWWW!!!! Like getting hit with a bat. That's our Lamborghini.

So there's a morning chuckle for you. Love those kitties some extra for me. I love my cats, but I only get to get snuggly with them in the bathroom sink.

Nerien how funny are your cats!!!! Such character!
Our cat Poker follows me everywhere. You probably remember trying to go to the bathroom alone well I still try to and I have my daughters hand under the gap of the door and my cats paw. I can't ever be alone LOL
She also has a wet nose. It's like a dogs so its icy during the winter. She LOVES to knead "make bread" on my FATTY parts of my body so that's my thigh, stomach, upper arm and cheeks. Geeeee thanks! But it feels so nice I fall asleep but when she has nails after she's done I have holes LOL it hurts---good!
She runs around like a demon cat at 3am... Runs across the blinds and that makes a roaring sound.. Very scary.
She lets my daughter do anything with her, and my husband does the lion king "hail Simba circle of life" thing and hold her up high. She also only scratches and bites me.
