That lump to the right looks like it could be a feather cyst --- basically an ingrown feather.

It's possible they're all ingrown feathers, though I've never seen more than one (though one can enlarge to encompass multiple feather follicles.) It's a common spot -- right near the preen gland.

You can see it pretty clearly if it's an ingrown feather, especially as it grows.

If that's the case, it really needs to be excised by a vet.
The other option would be to treat it at home. You would apply a warm, wet compress (i.e. a wet washcloth over a heat pack) for 15 min. Then, use a sterile, new razor blade or x-acto blade to lance it. You just barely knick the skin (it's super easy and painless if you apply the hot, wet compress beforehand. The warmth also lifts any pus to the surface. I also have numbing cream. I use that for good measure.)
Then drain away any pus and pluck the feather(s) with tweezers.
It needs to be cleaned 2x/day with sterile saline wash (I use Wound Wash Saline) and I'd give antibiotics in the water to prevent infection.

If it's just a normal cyst, the procedure would the the same. You would just drain it. Or you could just try administering antibiotics without attempting to lance it. That would likely heal it up, just slower since the body needs to flush away the pus from within.

If you lance it, I'd also keep some styptic powder on-hand. You usually apply pressure to stop bleeding but with these tiny guys, it's hard to know how much pressure is too much.

And whatever you do, don't try to squeeze it. That pushes infection deeper, whether it's a normal cyst or a feather cyst. Instead, opt for a quick knick with a new razor to lance it after applying a hot, wet compress and numbing cream if you have it.

The problem with trying to treat either a cyst or feather cyst at home is that it will recur. Feather cysts recur with each moult, while a normal cyst damages the pore/follicle, resulting in a recurrence every few weeks/months.

Whatever it is, it definitely looks angry and infected. So I'd definitely go with antibiotics.

MiaCarter. Thank you very much for information !! She is a old society, 7+ years old.. her feathers were not good condition last couple of years. Especially lump , tail. I'll try to drain (scary little..). What kind of antibiotics you use ?

lovepoodle --- For a general skin infection like this one, I'd go with Amoxitex. It's a broad-spectrum antibiotic and it's usually pretty effective for skin infections. You can put them in the water or administer via a crop tube.

If you feel uncomfortable lancing it, you could always just treat with antibiotics. If it's just a cyst/skin infection, it would eventually go away with antibiotics. If it's a feather cyst, it won't go away unless lanced.
