another blacklight question

I've been reading the articles and topics but I still don't know what I should get for the flight cage. right now I have 2 avitech fluorescent tubes and a blue night light over the cage. the cage is 64 inches long. what should I get - tube or will a bulb work, when should it go on and for how long? does it even matter just so it's a blacklight? thank you!!!
