Gouldian toe problem

Post by Gouldian lover » Thu May 21, 2015 6:35 pm

Hello: These Gouldies are giving me more gray hair. My one guy was favoring his foot, but otherwise was acting fine. This was about one week ago, then I noticed his outside toe was pointing upward but he was eating and moving around normally. Today when I got home, that toe was back in its normal position, but it seems to be more tan colored and perhaps a bit swollen. I'm going to try attaching a picture of him and ask you folks what you think about this toe situation. Thank you again.

Thank you. They are a set of measuring cups from Pier 1, and work a bit better than the deeper metal ones that came with the bird house.

He might have caught his nails on something, so check and trim them, if needed
