Re: air sac mites?
I shared your picture with the lady that helps in our group. She said it is possible your aggressive hen chased the hen and she hit the wire or object hard enough to cause injury which can cause swelling. the wound on the top of the beak can be a crack, beaks will bleed like that if there's damage down into the base. In the photo the one nostril looks like it's been affected (on right in photo, left looks clear). Might have been by the hen scratching at her face to remove the blood.
... she suggested cleaning her wound with chlorhexidine because it's safe around the eyes, careful not to get it in the nares. Cleaning with a q-tip with chlorhexidine diacetate, and then a small amount of topical ointment -- Otomax which is gentamicin and clotrimazole - so antibacterial/anti-fungal in a mineral base. There's another dog ear product called Panalog that has neomycin and nystatin.
A little neomycin ointment (not cream) would be ok, but wouldn't have an anti-fungal. She also suggested cleaning the feet doing that also helps; when they scratch, stuff can get passed back and forth.

your vet might be able to give you a small bottle of solution. Petshops likely will not carry the soltion for cleansing.
I would not put her back in the aviary until she is healed... if you have a 30x18 cage you can put her mate in with her... you need to keep that area clean, she has swelling and she needs to be tended to daily, you need to watch for infection or fungus that can set in.

if you have an avian vet you may consider taking her in to be checked...diagnosing on page is merely a visual, the swelling on the face is a concern. Please keep in mind that there may be more damage from the injury, if you see infection, the bird seems to be going down or the swelling increases you might want to seek an avian vet's help.
I would advise her not be put back into the aviary until this is resolved.
