I would use a mite spray for feather mites and not s76. Scatt and s76 go into the blood stream, a mite spray would be external where the feather mites are.
I personally wouldn't count on s76 to kill worms because it doesn't kill them all. I would instead use a wormer like worm out gel etc.

S76 can be used to treat all mites living inside a bird’s body or mites that bite your birds and suck blood. Example: Red Mites, Feather mites, blood parasites and Air-Sac Mites.
Any mite that lives inside of a bird or will bite a bird and suck blood will be killed by S76. It is safe for finches of all species and ages, being particularly useful for juveniles, breeding pairs and during the moult.
S76 will also kill Hair and Round worms, and S76 is also recommended for the control of Gizzard worms in Gouldians.
The birds can also bathe in S76 and that will kill any external feather parasites.

Hope this helps

S76 does not kill tape worms so a good avian wormer would be the best treatment for worms.
