Sorry, I have no idea where you might get Parrotlets in Wisconsin.
Were you thinking of getting one?
Just a word to the wise.
Do not ever EVER house a Parrotlet with a Gouldian.
The Parrotlet, will easily injure, maim, or kill your Gouldian, without any difficulty.

Oh I know not to house them together for sure...Yes I was thinking of getting one..Had one for 7 years...miss him..not many in west Virginia..going to Wisconsin next week end..thought someone on here would be from there..
Love my pets..2 dogs..Maltese and yorkie..2 betafish, 2 fish tanks, and of course my ladygould finch..

I believe there are some breeders listed on line, but you would have to check with them, to see if they have some birds available.
