Are they moulting by any chance?
Some males, will stop singing, during their yearly moult.
What sort of a diet are they eating?

Hi Elana
Thanks ,they are not moulting. One of them has completed the moult but it sings sometimes (not with same grace) Others have completely lost their voice. Is it possible they will start singing again.

Have you tried picking one of them up and putting them to your ear, to have a good listen?
Try it , and listen very carefully. You should hear his heart beating very fast, but nothing else.
If you hear any kind of ticking or clicking sounds, you might have a problem with airsac mites.
How are these birds behaving?
Eating normally, active as usual, taking baths like always, flying around?
Or are they looking tired, fluffed up, sitting in one place, head tucked into feathers, sleeping more, looking unhappy?
Here is a link to some very good articles about different health issues. Hopefully it will be helpful.
