Is this okay to use?

So I found out my birds (zebra finches) have some sort of mites, is this okay to use with them? The directions are to spray the cage thoroughly with it. I want to make sure this brand is okay because I know some are not. Thanks

I am not familiar with this product.

Do you leave the birds in the cage or take them out while you spray?

Directions state to take them out along with food/water and repeat 2-3 times. Then clean cage with warm water. I found this at my local feed and seed which is where I got the birds

Then I think it should be alright then.

I would also pick up a bittle of SCATT and treat all your birds, to make sure you get rid of mites that might be on the actual birds.

I like to use Avian Insect Liquidator, which has to be ordered online. You can spray the birds right in their cage, while spraying the entire cage at the same time, which relieves a lot of the stress when having to remove birds.

This product, Ultra Care has the same ingredients as Avian Insect Liquidator, permethrin and piperonyl butoxide.
Should work the same or at least very close

Directions of ultra care say it can be sprayed on the bird directly also.
