My natural immune boosters and disease preventions

Hey everybody!
Just wanted to share some info about the way i run my aviary, when it comes to the flock heath.
I like using organic all natural sources for my birds and myself of course.
These are my own experiences and i have been very pleased with the outcomes.
I am not going to list all the benefits and info about these products so if you are interested please do your own research

So one of the best immune boosters and natural disease preventive
but also curative products that i use is

1. Echinacea, the cone plant

the benefits and values of this plants are amazing.
I use echinachea for human consumption, the NON ALCOHOL one.
I Usually buy the liquid one for children because is a pure extract.
I provide this each bird for about 3weeks, 2 times in a years mixed with goldenseal extract and mixed in eggfood.

2. Goldenseal Plant.
Same as echinacea this plants has wonderful values. I use the NON ALCOHOL extract and i mix it with the echinacea extrat.

3. Bee pollen and Propolis
I use this one quite often actually but not all the time.
every other week or so i will mix it in my eggfood.
Is an excellent source of carbohydrates, minerals, aminoacids and vitamins.

Another type of use for these natural sources will be trying to cure a bird.
When i have a bird that starts puffing up a little or has some watery droppings i like to use this natural cure first before jumping to antibiotics or else.
Now echinacea/goldenseal with vit C has been known to act as antibiotic and treat some minor respiratory and intestine infections. As a cure i have used it for 3weeks, 1drop twice a day (liquid echinacea for kids)

Overall I have been very pleased with the results of these wonderful products
