So I haven't seen this before , when he fell asleep he started having these periodical bursts of quick shivers , every 5 seconds he shakes his wing's really fast for a short period of time , I hope it was just a bad dream or maybe he was molting , when I woke him up by whistling silently he stopped doing it .
I also noticed that the side of his beak needs trimming and I am really not liking the idea of having to do that , I just trimmed canaries beak but his beak was only getting longer I didn't have to trim the sides, plus I haven't been giving my birds that much protein to start with so I don't know how his beak could have that layer that needs trimming , anyone know what this shivering shaking could be?

No idea. I have never seen any of mine do that. Could he have been simply a little cold?
Regarding the beak trimming, just go very slow, better too little than too much.
Then use a nail file to smooth it out.

lovezebs Thanks for reply , maybe he was even spooked , recently my gouldians would fly out of their nest in the middle of the night , no sound made nothing moved they just got scared and i dont know why , I have a feeling it is something connected to that , his beak still isnt that bad but definetly noticable the difference on both sides , i will wait a little more time until that spot gets bigger

I would recommend a small night light (if you don't already have one).
Some burds tend to wake up at night and panic in the dark.
