Zebra finch has a swollen eye, pls help

Hello,
I have some zebra finches, and one has scraped her face. The feather on half her face both sides are gone, and there is a little bleeding. One of her eyes is swollen shut too. I am so worried about my little finch! Can anyone recommend how I should help her heal? She is resting on the bottom of the cage, and I know that is a bad sign. One finch seems to be pecking her a little, but not too much. I hope she gets better soon!

Separate her from the healthy finches, then take her to an avian vet.

Don't let any bird peck at her. That might be the cause. You could put her in a separate cage and place it right next to the other cage where the rest of the birds are. Keep clean water and her favorite foods in it, and put a sprig of millet on the floor for her.
