Would someone be so kind as to comment on the posted photo...my blue cap, Blue Boy, has beak and feather problems. Treated for mites, fungus, etc. Otherwise he appears to be in good health...quite the ladies man as well! Thanks for your help.

Blue boy looks a little out of sorts. I am glad he is acting well.
He looks like he has a lot of age on him... do you know how old he is?

He's three to four..rules the roost with the blues, in a mixed aviary. Fathered successfully four chicks three months ago...pulled him and nest for rest, because they wouldn't stop! Competition with a blue-breast and singers was a bit problematic.

Thought it might have been a fungus as first, treated with marvel aid..now I'm thinking a few doses of Scatt might be prudent.

Would appreciate any opinions.

What kind of Mites did you treat him for?
I think you would need to get something specifically for scaly, so SCATT would work.
