my zebra finch, just new here flies everywhere in the cage. shes very active and scared easly. but my gouldian isnt scared of anythin, and can pass by, look close at him, sometimes when hes tired i can even touch him. is he sick?

also he has an incomplete tail and something yellow like a thin layer in the beak... was he being attack? will it come back?

Zebras are ordinarily more active/flighty than gouldians. Gouldians, however, are not usually so tame that they let you touch them. If your gouldian naps frequently, remains fluffed up, is very sleepy/lethargic, reluctant to move about and eat, or sits on the bottom of the cage, these are very bad signs that he is sick.

The tail was probably lost due to being plucked, and if the bird is fed a good diet and if he is not too sick, he should be able to grow the tail back.
