Thank you all for your concern. I never deworm my birds, maybe I should. Also yes he looked as if was out of breath sometimes, and he could no fly at all, as if lost his orientation, he would try but would fall on his back and had hard time getting back at his feet, most of the time I had to help him. I did not much pay attention about his breast bone, so I don't know if it was V shaped.

Thank for for the ebook, I wonder if I can buy it somewhere. I would have to check amazon, there is so much on health problems that I have never been even aware of and it not always easy to find information online.

I bought a small book called "The Complete Book of Finches and Softbill ~ Their Care and Breeding" by David Alderton to have on hand.

Most book stores and pet stores have a good selection of books for you to choose from.
