Well it seems that mites might not be the issue if all meds were given and cages cleaned. I would look at a broad spectrum antibiotic which can help with respiratory issues, what I use is triple c I don't know if you have it available there, hope someone can help with an equivalent if triple c isn't available. I think that your birds may have some respiratory illness what type I can't say and that's the problem with sick birds as some diseases can look and sound the same.
