Glad there doing better societies are some of the very best finchs to have ,they get along with almost all of the other finch's

Society finches are great as first birds. I think they are adjusting to their new home. Good that you gave them the heatlamp and eggfood. Glad to hear they are doing better.

I checked on my babies at lunch, it seems Pip is doing well the area seems a lot less irritated and red. Thank goodness! They are really enjoying their egg food it's hilarious to see them side by side digging in!

Dont worry about thinking they were spices. They both can look similar. The societies are very easy wonderful finches to take care of. You will enjoy them. I think for starting pair of finches, society is much easier and probably more rewarding than more difficult spices... although, spices arent too bad either. Either way, you will be HAPPY.

Glad everything is going well with the SOCIETY pair!
