Just so I have a realistic expectation.
With a picked neck, how long will it take for most of the feathers to regrow?

Well I think I have to move him into an isolation cage.
There is a lot of competition for the egg food (mashed hard boiled egg) and I realize it is very hard to control HIS diet in a community cage, so that he gets enough proper stuff to help grow back the feathers. I want to give him FeatherFast to help bring back the feathers, but I don't think the other birds in the cage need it. The juvs are ending their molt, and I think they did OK w the egg food.

Just another reason I need more cages.

The featherfast or eggfood won't hurt the other birds even if there almost finished with there moult
We always need more cages even when we get more cages we need more cages
