What do i do?

This is a timely discussion for me, as my nice BH WB GBbb female I think may have some kind of leg problem. When I caught the young ones last week (fledged 12/29) to band them, I think she got hurt somehow in the excitement flapping around & such. Maybe a broken leg, I don't know. I found 2 big splotches of blood on perches & she is sitting slumped up as though there is something wrong. I put a heat lamp over the cage, but she's not sitting under it. She seems to be eating & drinking; I have seen her on the bottom & on various perches. At first I tried to catch her, but she can fly around so well and I didn't want her to get hurt more. I don't know what to do about her. According to your tales about them being very tough, I'm hoping her leg will heal enough so that she can be a happy bird at some point. I really don't know what to do. Trying to catch her with 6 other birds in the flight seems a very traumatic thing to attempt.
