Puffy and closes eyes

Puffs up and closes eyes , but also flies around alot, eats and drinks. I was thinking because he's pretty young-looking at his toenails.
He got loose this morning for an examination and it took me 30 minutes to catch him, he has alot of stamina!
Since all the birds are new, I didn't separate them. I am treating them all but all 3 meds can be used as a preventative as well.
It's easier to treat my chickens, they are a closed group (all hatched at home), so that rules out alot. So I always start treating with something for coccidiosis which is in the soil, and that's usually it.
The finch's symptoms are not much to go on.
