gouldian male loosing tail feathers

got this gouldian male from a petstore he had short tail when i bought him. With moulting aid he got a nice tail again, 1 morning found him back with short tail. Last week he finished his mo ult and had very nice fuly feathers, but yesterday morning found him again without tail. By 'tail' i mean the pointed part, wil post his pic later
