I have a zebra finch with diarrhea and her rectal has a bump, please advice any suitable treatment

Green to brown I will said, in addition I notice a bit of blood on the corner cage looks like she was laying an egg or something like that

Can you take a picture of the droppings? Is the vent area wet or stained?

The droppings stick to the rectal area I've been cleaning it with cool water and removed the entire feather around the area to keep it clean
